Estimated delivery times may vary between 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping and 3 to 7 business days for express shipping, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping carrier. Once the order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking code to monitor the delivery in real time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and free shipping promotions may occasionally be available for selected products or orders above a certain amount. In case of delays, delivery issues, or damaged products, our support team will be available to assist as quickly as possible. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, as Royal Circuit Store is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Return & Exchange Policy

Royal Circuit Store only accepts returns or exchanges in cases where the product arrives defective or damaged. Customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the defect, along with the order information for verification.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories included. Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, instructions for the return process will be provided.

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, Royal Circuit Store will either send a replacement product or process a refund to the original payment method, depending on product availability and the customer’s preference. Shipping costs for approved defective items will be covered by Royal Circuit Store.
